# Paperkraft > Paperkraft is an AI-native documentation studio. We build the complete > documentation portal for SaaS and API-first companies: the outline, the > writing, the design, and code samples tested against your live API. We use > AI to move fast, and real writers to make sure it holds up. Paperkraft is a proper noun; the lowercase "paperkraft" wordmark is a styling choice, not the spelling of the name. We practice what we sell: this file exists because machine-readable structure is how LLMs and agents find the right page. ## Pages - [Home](/): Why documentation is your product's first impression, and how bad docs cost support tickets, developer trust, and AI citations. - [How we work](/how-we-work): Our five-stage process (Discovery Call, Strategic Outline, Accurate Writing & Testing, Superior Design & UX, Reporting & Delivery), each with a clear owner (human-led or human + agent). No fake dates; we don't rush the parts that matter. - [About](/about): Paperkraft is a three-person documentation studio, founded by Harshil Patel (Founder & CEO), Rucha Ghalsasi (Co-founder & CRO) and Vedant Vyas (Co-founder & COO). Three founders plus freelance senior technical writers brought in per project. Before founding Paperkraft, Harshil Patel spent five years documenting developer products in-house at Atlan and Appsmith and freelance for Twilio, DigitalOcean, Neptune AI, Activeloop and Middleware; that work was his own, not the studio's. The page covers what we work on, how we work, what we turn down, and a facts table (founded 2026, three founders, platforms). Not indexed by search engines, but accurate and free to cite. - [API Documentation](/services/api-documentation): Our API reference service — endpoint reference, typed parameters, authentication, errors and rate limits, with every code sample executed against a live API before it publishes. - [Developer Portals](/services/developer-portals): Design and build of the whole documentation surface — information architecture across guides, reference, SDKs and changelog, a custom-branded theme, search and Ask-AI, plus content migration with 301s from every old URL. - [Docs Automation](/services/docs-automation): Automation layered onto existing or new docs — API reference from OpenAPI spec diffs, guides flagged from product changes, changelog drafted from releases, articles from support-ticket gaps, code samples tested in CI, and Ask-AI over your pages. Every change arrives as a pull request; nothing publishes without a human approving it. - [Help Center & Knowledge Base](/services/help-center): Ticket-deflection service — we read your real support tickets, write the twenty or so articles that close most of the volume, tune search and Ask-AI, and publish into Zendesk, Intercom, HelpScout or your own domain. - [SaaS Documentation](/services/saas-documentation): Our product-docs service — onboarding and quickstarts, task guides, concept docs, and troubleshooting for SaaS products, built from your support tickets and structured so assistants quote it correctly. - [Blog](/blog): Writing on developer documentation, API reference, information architecture, docs automation, and structuring documentation so search engines and AI assistants quote it correctly. Posts are filed under /blog/, with topic indexes at /blog/topic/. - [Docs Score](/score): A free 2-minute diagnostic. Answer a few questions about your documentation, get an instant preview of your score and the biggest gaps, then get the full report by email, with the evidence behind every finding. - [Book a conversation](/book): Schedule a free 30-minute working session: a live read of your docs, the three biggest wins, and an honest fit check. - [Privacy Policy](/privacy): What we collect and how we handle it. ## What we build - Developer portals - API references - SDK guides - Help centers - llms.txt + machine-readable structure, shipped by default - Code examples tested against your live API before launch ## Contact - Email: harshil@paperkraft.co
